Spectrum Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service
We are a free and confidential service for anyone who has a problem with drugs or alcohol. We offer advice, guidance and support for you during your recovery.
What we offer:
•Advice, guidance and support if you're struggling with your drug or alcohol use
•Family and carers groups and support
•Access to clean needles and other equipment and blood testing for viruses
•Naloxone - a drug that can stop the effects of an overdose
•Wellbeing support and relapse prevention advice
•Volunteering opportunities and peer mentoring
•Connections to a range of local partners in the care sector, and the NHS
Our groups in Hatfield include:
•Alcohol Brief Intervention group
•Family and Carers
•Rapid Engagement (Cannabis, Cocaine)
•Smoking and vaping
We also offer support in St Albans and Borehamwood from community satellites.

The service is a 20-minute walk from Hatfield train station.
There is parking at the hub. There's also a public car park across the road that is free for up to 3 hours.
