Life After Lockdown - Course
Need help planning for your future after lockdown when things return to "normal"?
This course will cover the following:
Week 1 - Reflecting on Lockdown, the effects on your well-being? what have been the positive and negative of the experience and what changes will there be to your life or situation.
Week 2 -The Future, what are your goals and aspirations, an introduction to life planning and the psychology of change.
Week 3 - Question Yourself, tools to help you plan your future, are you on the right path? Some questions to ask yourself.
Week 4 - Destination, so where are you going and why? And Techniques - positive mental attitude, habit formation and creation, visioning and vision boards.
