We offer opportunities for Hertfordshire residents (aged 19+) to partake in lifelong learning by delivering a range of short-term courses in a wide variety of subjects.
Hertfordshire Adult and Family Learning Service (HAFLS) is part of Hertfordshire County Council and delivers community learning education to Hertfordshire residents.
We offer opportunities for Hertfordshire residents (aged 19+) to partake in lifelong learning by delivering a range of short-term courses in a wide variety of subjects. These include:
• English and Maths
• ICT and Digital Skills
• Arts and Crafts
• First Aid
• Employability and Work Skills
• Family Learning
• Fitness and Wellbeing
For those that are aged 16-19 (up to age 24 with an EHCP) we offer the Study Plus Programme and the Study Pathways SEN Provision Programme which is a partnership project with the Day Service, the 0-25 Together Team in West Herts and HAFLS.
HAFLS are also proud to offer one-to-one mentoring support through the Building Better Opportunities Project, funded by The National Lottery Community Fund and the European Social Fund
