HAFLS' mission is to encourage and develop enjoyable learning and achievement for Hertfordshire residents in particular those who are most in need and/or have the least opportunity to achieve formal and informal qualification.
HAFLS will provide access to a wide range of high quality affordable learning opportunities to help the learner acquire new skills, throughout their life, that will enable them to lead healthy, independent and fulfilling lives, actively contribute to local communities and benefit from employment opportunities created by Hertfordshire's growing prosperity.
