Virtual drop-in service launched by Welwyn Hatfield Citizens Advice Bureau
A new online advice service was launched this week (Monday 15 March) by Welwyn Hatfield Citizens Advice.
The team will be using a video call platform, called Attend Anywhere and will operate every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between 10am and 3pm.
Its aim is to simulate the face-to-face advice service that had to be temporarily closed because of the pandemic.
Clients will be able to click on a link on the Welwyn Hatfield Citizens Advice homepage (www.whcab.org.uk), from where they will enter a virtual waiting area. An adviser will then be able to talk to you.
You can also test your device, connection, microphone, and web camera setup beforehand just by clicking a button on the same page of the website.
