Saturday morning Yoga Class
This style of yoga explores seamless flows to link movement to breath with a focus on building strength and stability. This class also includes breath work and guided meditations so you will leave feeling strong, yet truly relaxed.
Abbie has qualifications in over 500 hours of yoga teacher training, meditation and qigong, as well as a personal training qualification. All levels are welcome and modifications are offered to suit all.
