The closing date for applications and all supporting documents to be submitted online is 22 August. The Grants Board will review the applications in September.

Cllr Fiona Thomson, Executive Member, Housing and Climate Change, said:

Voluntary and community organisations in the borough have worked tremendously hard and under very challenging circumstances to help support vulnerable residents through the pandemic.

Many of these organisations may, themselves, now be struggling to provide these vital services due to the financial impact of Covid-19. The Covid Relief Grant can help assist with the additional expenses ongoing projects may be incurring due to the pandemic.
