A free Yoga session for women of all abilities.

Aimed at women aged 18+, this Yoga session is open to all and free to attend. Delivered by a qualified instructor Hayley, the session will take place on the green area on Howardsgate in Welwyn Garden City Town centre. Bring along your own mat, blanket or towel.
