Kings announced as Hatfield's best dressed
Kings Estate Agents has been officially crowned the 'best dressed Christmas window display' in Hatfield.
A total of 20 businesses took part in the council's best dressed Christmas window display competition throughout November and December, with 443 votes cast by shoppers for their favourite.
The council presented a trophy to the winners today (Monday 6 January).
"We think this is a fantastic way of bringing some festive cheer to the town, encouraging shoppers to take a look around and find their favourite window," said Cllr Bernard Sarson, Executive Member for Regeneration, Economic Development and Partnerships.
"The King's display was superb - they are very worthy winners indeed" he added.

We're thrilled to have won and would like to thank all our customers and Hatfield shoppers for voting for us. It was a great way of stirring some healthy competition between the shops and businesses and we enjoyed looking around to see what others had created.
Kings Estate Agents, located at 64 Town Centre, received 136 votes, and coming a close second with 127 votes was Pedigrees 'n' Pooches located in Market Place. Willow Foundation came third with 72 votes, and fourth place went to Barnardo's who received 40 votes.
Other shops and busiensses who took part were: Jo's Hair Salon, Search 4 Furniture, Smarty Schoolwear, Cake Hut, Salon Urody Eden, Aaroh Food, Debra, Everitt Family Jewellers, Tasty Vapes, Calamity Comics, Gift Hair Collection, Raine & Co, Specsavers, The Continental Barbers, Alaze Home Décor and Bebo.
Voters in the competition entered a draw and the winner won Love2Shop vouchers.
