Keeping safe indoors
Advice about keeping safe indoors
Stay at home
You must not leave or be outside of your home, except for specific purposes. These include:
- shopping for food, medical reasons, exercise, education or work
- You must work from home if you can
- Avoid travel unless essential
- Schools and essential shops will remain open
Seeing friends and family
You must not meet socially indoors with family or friends unless they are part of your household or support bubble.
We know how difficult this is, but keeping apart and following these measures is the best way to care for your loved ones; it is not worth the risk of accidentally infecting those closest to you.

People coming to your home
