The winner of the 12-16 years age category was Mollie Gillham with her atmospheric photo 'Graffiti in Nature', taken at the old Shredded Wheat factory.

Cllr Terry Mitchinson, Executive Member for Leisure, Culture and Communications judged the competition along with the chair and vice-chair of the Youth Council.

He said:

"The standard was incredibly high. A lot of thought and creativity had clearly gone in to all the entries. The competition was a great initiative from our youth council and it was wonderful to see the depth of artistic talent we have in Welwyn Hatfield. Well done to everyone who took part."

Both Hana and Mollie won a £50 Love2Shop voucher.
