Campus West

We're upgrading the ticketing system at Campus West to make your visit even more seamless and convenient. 

Whilst we work on the upgrade, our Campus West website will be temporarily unavailable.

Opening times

We are open as usual for Cinema, Soft Play, Roller City and Humphrey’s. Opening times have not changed. 

Purchasing tickets

You will not be able to purchase tickets online from 9am on Monday 25 November - Friday 29 November. For same-day event tickets, you can buy them at the venue bar inside the Campus West building. You will not be able to purchase tickets for future dates during this period. 

Any tickets purchased before Monday 25 November will still be valid.

If you need support to purchase a tickets or have any questions, please speak to a member of staff in the building or email hello.campuswest@welhat.gov.uk. We will continue to provide updates as to when our website will be available again.

Cinema and Event Cinema

Live-On-Stage 

You will not be able to purchase Live-On-Stage tickets during this period. 

Roller City 

If you would like to take part in one of our Roller City sessions, please purchase your tickets on the day inside the building. 

Soft Play City 

If you would like to attend a soft play session, please purchase on the day tickets inside Soft Play City.
