Strength and Balance for Fall Prevention.
Aimed at older adults and anyone with limited mobility, balance problems or a fear of falling. Improving strength, mobility, flexibility, balance and confidence.
Must be able to stand to exercise for about 30 minutes.
Option of floor-based work so your own mat is required if you want to get on the floor.
