LGBTQ+ Unpaid Carers Support Group
Support group for LGBTQ+ unpaid carers.
This is an informal space for LGBTQ+ people and those who are unpaid carers of LGBTQ+ people in Hertfordshire .
Mindful activities just for you - time away on your own to relax and unwind for a while.
If you look after someone who couldn't cope without you - you can join these sessions for FREE: you could be a parent, look after an elderly person or any age relative, if you or they identify as LGBTQ+.
This also can include parents or unpaid carers of LGBTQ+ children, LGBTQ+ partners, disabled or elderly relatives.
This will be a safe space to talk and share with others who have found success or difficulties with solutions we can all benefit from.
