Energy cafe tenant advice sessions
Get free advice and support on how to improve energy efficiency if you are a council housing tenant in Welwyn Hatfield.
Our repairs and maintenance contractor, Morgan Sindall Property Services (MSPS), are running a programme of free support and advice for tenants around energy awareness.
Sessions are delivered virtually via Teams on the first Wednesday of each month from 11am to 12:30pm.
They are run by staff qualified in Level 3 Energy Awareness with the National Energy Action, enabling them to advise residents on:
- making sure your home is energy efficient
- what to do if you are struggling to pay your energy bills
- the best boiler and thermostat controls for heating your home efficiently
- grants and benefits to help you pay your energy bills
- where to get extra support
