DOTS Mum and Baby Fitness Class
Our Mum & Baby class combines fitness, motherhood and fun. (Term time only)
It integrates putting your health and fitness with spending some quality time with your child! We welcome Mum’s of all fitness levels!
The class will involve a full body workout with a mixture of strength, conditioning and gentle cardio, that also involves your child (up to the age of 4) in the exercises.
Mum's will be required to have had their 6 week post-natal appointment.
