'Rags to Rugs' Workshop
Have fun turning old clothing and textiles into gorgeous homeware and family heirlooms with the eco-friendly craft of rag rug making.
In this 2 hour beginners' class, you will learn all the skills you need to be able to make unique rag rugs, cushions and art to spice up your home. Experts from award-winning craft brand Ragged Life will teach you how to use the rag rug equipment, how to select and prepare materials and how to do three traditional techniques of British rag rugging, all while making mini flowers for you to take home.
You'll never look at people's clothing the same way again!
This event will take place at the Indoor Garden in the Howard Centre next to Claire's Accessory.
