Pick up a new sport by trying out lacrosse. Lacrosse is a fun team sport played with a small rubber ball and a lacrosse stick.
The goal is to score by shooting the ball into the opponents net. For this taster session you’ll be learning how to throw and catch and able to be part of a fun team running around a lacrosse pitch.
We can provide sticks, you’ll just need to come in appropriate sport gear for running around on a grass pitch. Please also bring water.
