Happy Hours Out of School Club

Each day the sessions will run from 9.30am-1.30pm. We start with registration, allow the children to settle for 10-15 minutes, from there we move straight into looking at ways to help our wellbeing. Next is the enrichment activity. This can include arts and crafts using a variety of resources, cookery, outdoor play, a visit from Hertfordshire Police, or cooking on a fire pit. A snack of fresh fruit is provided throughout the session. We then move onto a multisport session, this can include large group games, rounders, cricket and mat activities. For the last 15-20 minutes the children have free time, usually outside accessing the resources we have available to us.

A free, hot two-course lunch is provided in the dining room, we encourage the children to try new foods and can cater for all different dietary needs. We ask that individual snacks and packed lunches are not brought in with your child, this is due to children having severe food allergies. A daily menu is on display in the reception area when the children are dropped off. We ask that each child brings a named water bottle with them.

There is parking in the Music Centre car park for when dropping off and collecting your child. Please bring your child to the reception area at school, follow the signs.
