Welwyn Village conservation area - Character Appraisal and Management Plan
Discuss the Welwyn Village Conservation Area Character Appraisal and Management Plan at a drop-in session with council officers.
Earlier in 2023, we consulted on our draft Welwyn Village Conservation Area Character Appraisal and Management Plan. The document identifies the special character and appearance of the conservation area and describes the main features of architectural and historic interest. It also identifies opportunities for beneficial change and the need for additional protection. Council officers will be available between 12 noon and 3pm on Wednesday 15 November at the Parish Council Offices to discuss the Character Appraisal and Management Plan. A final report will then be considered for adoption by the Cabinet Planning and Parking Panel, Cabinet and Full Council.
