White Ribbon Football tournament success!
Football teams from across Welwyn Hatfield united at Gosling Sports Park on Tuesday 26 November, for the White Ribbon Football Tournament
Organised by Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council in partnership with Stevenage Football Foundation, the event raised awareness of gender-based violence towards women and girls, encouraging participants to actively work towards ending such violence. The tournament was a resounding success, attended by the Mayor, Councillor Frank Marsh and Deputy Mayor, Councillor Lynn Chesterman OBE.
