Join the fang-tastic Spooky Party for Halloween fun in Hatfield!

Head down to White Lion Square on Saturday 25 October for a free afternoon of Halloween-themed fun and entertainment for all the family.
From 10am to 3pm, families can enjoy a frightfully fun line-up of activities, including ghoulishly good face painting, spooky games, and live music from pianist Music2Connect. There’ll be exciting activities from Calamity Comics, and a lively entertainer to keep the little monsters dancing and laughing throughout the day.
The highlight of the event will be the chance to see a surprise Halloween-themed character making a spellbinding appearance you won’t want to miss!
Costumes are encouraged, so come dressed as your favourite Halloween character and join in the spooky celebrations.
Councillor Jane Quinton, Deputy Leader and Executive Member for Leisure and Community, said:
“Events like the Spooky Party are a great way to bring people together and encourage families to enjoy everything Hatfield Town Centre has to offer, including the brand-new playground area in Market Place! With fantastic entertainment, creative activities and live music, it’s the perfect way to spend Halloween this October.”
The event is completely free to attend and will run alongside the Hatfield Market. Visitors can also take advantage of up to three hours of free parking at The Common multi-storey car park.
This event is part of Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council’s events programme, funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) – a government initiative supporting town centre investment and local businesses.
