Half term happenings in Welwyn Hatfield!
There’s a feast of February events and activities taking place in Welwyn Hatfield this half term!
Campus West
Get your skates on and glide over to Roller City at Campus West where children and young people can enjoy special half term Holiday Disco Skate Sessions.
Soft Play City is also hosting two holiday sessions per day during half term. On Tuesday 17 and Thursday 19 February, special arts and crafts sessions are included FREE with entry to Soft Play.
For live events, returning by popular demand is the laughter-packed stage show ‘Cartoon Circus Live!’ with two performances on Wednesday 18 February. The one-hour family show combines pantomime and circus, with the funniest clowns, slapstick comedy, puppetry, magic, prizes and the girl in the spinning bottle!
Young film fans can enjoy a wide variety of movies in the Campus West Cinema this half term including:
- ‘Goat’
- ‘Loony Tunes – the Day the Earth Blew Up’
- ‘Zootropolis 2’
- ‘The Spongebob Movie: Search for Squarepants’

Mill Green Watermill and Museum
Mill Green Watermill and Museum re-opens on the Friday, 20 February. Hatfield's 18th Century restored working watermill on the River Lea is a great day out for all the family. See the Mill in action and learn about this ancient craft from one of our friendly millers, who provide guided tours.

Welwyn Roman Baths
Step back 1,800 years to discover the fascinating remains of this ancient Roman Bath house in Welwyn Village, which reopens on Saturday 21 February. You’ll find plenty of hands-on things to do for all ages.
