Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council leaders are seeking urgent clarification from the Government on the scope and timetable for its review of Local Government Reorganisation in Hertfordshire.
The Leader and Deputy Leader of the Council have written to the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government and the Local Government Minister regarding the Government’s decision to pause and review LGR in Hertfordshire. The letter seeks urgent clarification on a number of items, including the scope and timetable of the review.
