Monday Night Classics

Campus West customers can enjoy weekly screenings of classic films as the family entertainment venue re-launches ‘Monday Night Classics’.

Campus West celebrates its 50th Anniversary this year and as part of the celebrations, a selection of Monday Night Classics will take customers back in time to the 1970s, the decade when Campus West first opened its doors, along with a range of classic films from the last 50 years.

Upcoming Monday night screenings include Enter the Dragon (14 August), Serpico (21 August) and The Great Escape (28 August). All screening are at 8pm and tickets can be booked on the Campus West website or in person at the venue.

Cllr Max Holloway, Executive Member for Community and Leisure said: "We are delighted to reintroduce 'Monday Night Classics'.  Customers can enjoy cinematic history from the comfort of their local, independent cinema. Zebra discount members can also enjoy discounts across the venue – including on food and drink!”

Campus West prides itself on offering world-class entertainment with a local, independent feel; its state-of-the-art cinema screens boast the best in modern sound and projection technology.  It also offers 'Live on Screen' events showing international theatre, music, ballet, opera and exhibitions on the big screen.

This year, the ‘Live on Stage’ events series makes a triumphant return starting with ‘The Best in Comedy’ show featuring five of the best acts around, Rachel Parris Marcus Brigstocke, Nick Helm, Harriet Kemsley and Bilal Zafar. Then, in December, there is the highly anticipated pantomime which this year is ‘Robin Hood’ and for adults only, ‘Robin – Keep on Riding’.

Campus West also has a purpose built roller-skating rink, a soft play and bouncy castle area for the little ones and a modern café-bar.
