Come and experience the magic of Christmas in Welwyn Garden City on Saturday 18 November! Organised by the Wonderful Welwyn Garden City BID, you can enjoy festive family fun such as music performances, street entertainment, arts and craft and the Christmas light switch-on.

Free parking
On Saturday 2 December, there will be free parking in Welwyn Garden City at Hunters Bridge, Campus East Lower, Campus West and Cherry Tree car parks. This coincides with small business Saturday, a nationwide campaign to promote independent and small retailers.
Christmas light trail
The business-funded Christmas Lights Trail will be returning to Welwyn Garden City town centre from Saturday 18 November until 2 January 2024. Organised by the WGC Business Improvement District (BID), this year they will be giving out prizes for the best trail photos. Share your pics with them using the #WGCXmasLights hashtag for your chance to win.
