At a Special Cabinet meeting tonight (17 Nov), WHBC's Cabinet Members decided that a four unitary authority is their preferred approach for the reorganisation of Local Government in Hertfordshire.
WHBC has resolved to grant planning permission, subject to signing a legal agreement, to grant planning permission for the redevelopment of the northern part of the former Shredded Wheat Factory.
