Citizens Advice Welwyn Hatfield provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone in the Welwyn Hatfield area on their rights and responsibilities.

Description

We are part of the Hertfordshire Adviceline telephone service and also run various long-term and short-term funded projects covering areas such as homelessness prevention and disability benefits. 

Citizens Advice Welwyn Hatfield is an independent charity governed by its own Board of Trustees.

All local Citizens Advice offices are members of the national organisation, Citizens Advice, which audits our effectiveness and quality of advice.
