The StopFalls service can support older adults by providing resources to keep healthy at home with exercises and resources to keep active day-to-day.
Twice a week, you can follow along to our Chair Based Exercise sessions on Zoom with others across Hertfordshire to help maintain a healthy lifestyle.
In addition to the live exercise sessions, you can improve your strength, fitness, flexibility, and mobility by following along to our exercise videos on Youtube. You can also view our range of Chair Based Exercises, Standing and Balance Exercises, and Exercise Circuit videos. - Website
