You can make a referral to Services for Young People if you are a young person (self-referral), a parent/carer or a professional who works with young people.

Services for Young People (SfYP) provides targeted prevention and early intervention youth work, information, advice, guidance and work-related learning for young people who live or attend school in Hertfordshire and are aged 11 (Year 7) to 17 years old.

They also work with care leavers, young adults with learning disabilities (LD) and some other vulnerable groups up to their 25th birthday.
