Summary
There are two grants you can get for installing chargepoints and infrastructure for electric vehicles at a property you own.

Grant funding available for installing chargepoints or wider building and installation work needed for multiple sockets on residential properties.

The funding offers 75% off the cost of the works. 

Funding is confirmed until 31 March 2025.

This funding is only available for residential landlords, including public sector organisations.
