Warm Homes Local Grant Scheme - Climate Hub

You may be eligible to apply for up to £30,000 of energy-saving home improvements through the Warm Homes Local Grant.

The Warm Homes Local Grant scheme helps households save money on their fuel bills and enjoy more comfortable and healthy homes.

Eligible households can receive up to £30,000 of free energy-saving home improvements, such as wall, loft or underfloor insulation, draught-proofing, heating controls, double glazing and heat pumps.

Homeowners and privately renting tenants can apply for this funding if they live in a property with a low energy efficiency rating (EPC ratings of D, E, F or G) and have either:

a household income of £36,000 per year or less
a person in the household receives means-tested benefits
a home in an area with elevated levels of economic need.

You can apply for the funding using the Better Health, Better Housing referral form, make sure you mention the Warm Homes Local Grant.
