National Energy FOundation (NEF) is conducting a survey into customer satisfaction with retrofitted heat pumps. They have received funding from MCS-CF for this research with the aim of correcting misinformation in the mainstream media.

They are aiming for one thousand responses and hope this study will be the largest heat pump satisfaction survey undertaken in the UK that captures real life user experiences.

It takes 5mins to complete.

Participants should have lived with a heat pump for at least one heating season. There is £500 shopping voucher prize draw for completing the survey!
