- Autism Hertfordshire is a service providing a range of support for autistic adults and their families. Our aim is to support autistic adults to lead empowered, fulfilled, and rewarding lives within Hertfordshire.

The core elements of this service are:
- Helpline. Open Monday - Friday, 9 to 5
- Post-Diagnostic support provided through up to 8 1:1 sessions (open to autistic adults diagnosed within the last 12 months)
- Skills Development courses and workshops
- Transitions service (offering support to young autistic adults and their carers)
- Parent/carer support groups
