Our approach to the Tenant Satisfaction Measures Survey

There are strict requirements around how the Tenant Satisfaction Measures must be collected.

We worked with independent company Kwest Research Limited to gather your opinions on our housing services.

Kwest Research randomly selected a representative sample of households from across the borough to take part in the survey and received 601 responses, of which 509 were via phone interviews and 92 online.
