Cherry Tree Car Park
We are planning to develop a commercial building on the Cherry Tree Car Park, with the capacity for a range of uses.
The site also provides the opportunity to improve the pedestrian links from the town centre to the residential and commercial accommodation to the north, enhancing the area to the front of the new Council Chamber, with new planting and green infrastructure. We anticipate the project to begin works in Phase 1, anticipating completion in 2022.
