The Welwyn Hatfield Youth Council are running their popular art competiton once again! They are inviting children, teenagers and schools to submit artwork based on the theme 'This Girl Can'. 

Get creative – paint, draw, sketch, or design something that celebrates strength, confidence, and empowerment in girls and women. Whether it's a bold portrait, an inspiring scene, or an abstract interpretation, we want to see your imagination come to life!

Please deliver your entries to the council reception, marked for the attention of the Community Partnerships team. If you’re unable to drop it off in person, you can scan or photograph your artwork and email it to communitypartnerships@welhat.gov.uk. All entries must be submitted by Monday 2 June.

The Youth Council will select their favourtie pieces to be displayed in the Howard Centre in Welwyn Garden City during This Girl Can week.
