Music24 - Health and wellbeing – One Welwyn Hatfield

Music24 is a community music charity that runs a day-time Singing Cafe twice a month in Welwyn Garden City for older adults who may be at risk of isolation or who are recovering from illness. The Singing Cafe is also dementia friendly.
Music24 also runs Mind Our Music in Welwyn Garden City, a weekly music making session on a Wednesday evening that supports adults with mental health challenges.

Music24 is a community music charity that provides therapeutic music making opportunities for adults living with dementia, learning disabilities, mental health challenges and also those at risk of loneliness or isolation.

These groups take place across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.

Music24 runs two groups in Welwyn Garden City. The Singing Cafe takes place twice a month at The Club at Mill Green. Mind Our Music, our mental health group, takes place weekly at St Francis of Assisi Church.
