Heating systems upgraded - Climate Hub

Summary

In obtaining £2.3 million of funding through the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme, we have upgraded the heating systems in Campus East, Campus West and the Hatfield Swim Centre.

The schemes saw the removal of aged and inefficient gas boilers and installation of Air Source Heat Pumps and Solar PV panels. Following the completion of work under this scheme, we are now collating energy data for these buildings to quantify the emissions savings.
