As part of the Great Big Green Week our climate team are getting involved with a one of the Neighbourhood Team's regular Community Catch Ups.

Community catch ups help keep neighborhoods clean, builds local pride, and brings people together to care for our environment.

We are joining the neighbourhoods team at one of their regular Community Catch Ups! The Climate Change team will have a stall to present all the local climate action within our borough in support of the Great Big Green Week and take part in a litter pick to ensure the neighbourhood remains clean and tidy. We will also bring along some seeds and pots for the local community to take part in a fun planting workshop.

Where: Heronswood Road/Haynes Close

When: Thursday 12th June, 1pm - 4pm


If you are interested in organising your own litter pick in your community, please contact our waste team, who can provide you with all the equipment you will require.
